I thought I would start with two. They do take a while to arrive. Then, they were so tasty they were gone in a snap.

Not sure where to find raw cheese near me so purchased this online. I did not notice originally that it was goat. Totally ok, I don’t mind goat but it was not as strong as I expect cheddar to be. Shipping was much faster than stated which was great!
