quality finished product.
The sandalwood color matched our house color perfectly and we were not even concerned about that. We are experienced assemblers and found it quite difficult to install the front gutter over the awning and edge. The video did not elaborate on that step so with sheer determination, channel locks, and 2 people we were able to accomplish that step. be forewarned, there are no provisions or guidance for drilling into brick and mortar for installing the hanging strip. We had to use our pro tools which included a Hilti driver and masonry bits. Further there is no consideration for walls (like brick) that are not going to be perfectly flat and shimming therefore necessary. We like the results but it was a struggle.

Nice Awning
The assembly and directions are very clearly laid out. You will need about 2 hours to assemble the awning and attach it to your house. The area of the house where it was installed is vinyl siding, but it is attached securely and now I can leave some shoes outside without them getting wet!

"Beef up" the supplied hardware
I don't review many products but thought I should this one.The awning is well designed and well built. All parts fit as required. In particular, I admired the design and implementation of the clips securingthe canopy rafter piece to the slats -- ingenuous, effective, and easy to install. But, the problem(s) I saw for the product, in even moderate winds, were not good. Unless you install this product in an area that only has "dainty" little breezes/winds I suggest you toss the "dainty" little sheet metal screws and the pan-head wood screws. I just couldn't see any way the whole thing wouldn't be ripped completely off in even a modest thunderstorm.I substituted truss-head, 8X32X1" machine screws thru-and-thru for all attachment(s) of the support brackets (gutter, edge rafter, and canopy rafter), secured with nylon-insert nuts. I attached the mounting bar to the 2"X8" header over the door with three 3" hex head lag bolts and at the ends with 3" toggle bolts secured behind the siding and plywood sheathing. I used two more toggle bolts to secure the sidewings to the wall. After hanging the awning, clipping the top trim under the lip of the mounting bar, I secured those together with 1" self-tapping metal screws. It seems solid. Now, I'll see how it does in a good wind, hoping we don't have any of the 70+ mph ones we just had with hurricane Beryl.

Awning Rescued My Garage from Drowning
Had water coming in from garage door even though it was sealed and caulked to the limit. Purchased a nice green aluminum swing. Got it on the date company said it would arrive. Manual helped to sort and organize parts then easy to put together. Once installed over door the garage is dry and in no danger of drowning. Good product, that requires two person installation.

Quality materials, good producct
I assembled the awning myself, and hired a person to install it, with me as the helper. It went together fairly easily, and the installation was not difficult. Just needed to add some 2x4 pieces inside the shed where there were gaps. Soon after it was complete, we got a nice downpour as if Nature wanted to give it a test.

Awesome awnings
I have been looking for awnings for a long time, I was tired of getting soaked when it rained or snowed. Found these and I am so glad I did. Very happy with the end result.

Love the look and color
Love the look. Took a little longer to put together but really added to the finished look at my front window.

Easy install and assembly
The instructions were pretty straight forward but it does take two people to install. I bought this to replace an aging 1950's style because I replaced my side porch. This is retro enough to go with the older house but still more modern than the old awning. It is sturdy and built well enough that I should get many years out of it before it ever needs replaced.
