Tastes really good, great as a base for making gravies, (I use it full strength when making gravy) texture is creamy and smooth once it warms up on the stove or in a skillet. I don't recommend microwaving it. Still too much sodium in one can at 97%, and also includes GMO ingredients of corn, soy, and saturated fats from canola oil. Minimal sugar which I appreciate, and no added sugars according to the label. They also have an easy open pop-top lid!Ideas: Easy cooking ability and if you eat pork chops, first sear them on each side to brown them in a skillet and bake them with a can or two of this for extra gravy and people will eat it up and beg for your recipe! Side dishes: Mashed or Au gratin potatoes and add oven charred Brussels Sprouts drizzled with olive oil. A fresh mixed green salad with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, slice or diced cucumbers, sprinkle with your favorite grated cheese and dinner is served.
