The real deal! Excellent for saganaki. Takes too long to arrive though and shipping was terribly expensive

I was not expecting my 7.5o of cheese to literally be a slice of cheese for 30$. That is flat out ridiculous. I half blame myself for not realizing 7.5oz is not alot. But for 30$?! What are yall trying to do?! Thats unexeptable. I hate the option to by 20lbs of this exact cheese for 35$ but reviews said cheese got hot and nasty so i went with this pick. Very upset. Not pleased. Id request a refund if i could.

This is a hard cheese a bit salty but delicious. Came in a timely manner. My saganaki was to die for! I would definitely recommend this cheese
