The Gold Book Volume 1: The Girl With The Notebook

It's awesome to see a collection of the collective consciousness. Well made. The hand writing is large, if you're cheeky and have bad eye sight... buy the book. I'm savoring each page because these are gold. After I'm done reading it I may let a friend borrow it indefinitely and invest in a signed copy. Again... buy the book. It's fun, witty and you'll be armed with some good old fashioned snark.

I was expecting so much more content, but what is in this book is absolutely worth the price.I was expecting like 300 quotations and I’d say there are 30 in the book but they are so worth it.

I wasn't expecting 1 quote per page but I love that Crystal gave everyone credit. Can't wait for volume 2

There is only one saying per page. I know she has more content. Then there’s several pages of just people’s names. Definitely not worth the price. Love the sayings. Ready for a more complete book and maybe put sayings into categories.

The gems

Took about 10 minutes to read cover to cover and I don’t read fast. None of the quotes struck me as memorable either, and they all appear to come from the “community” and not the author which I didn’t expect. Thought the author would offer more of their own comebacks. Overall not what I was expecting, and definitely did not feel like I got what I paid for.

I follow Crystal on TikTok And when I tell you this is absolutely wonderful. I have not laughed so much. And I love the fact that she gave credit to the person that actually said it That's Paramount for me. And I'll be using a lot of these.
