My favorite cheese of all time
I love this truffle cheese so much! Great taste the aged cheddar melts in your mouth! I'm willing to pay the price because I can't get it locally!

Not from real truffle mushrooms
Anything that says “black truffles” or “white truffles” is NOT from organic truffle mushrooms. Truffle “oil” is a base oil, ranging from canola, olive oil to grape seed oil. Then, 2,4-Dithiapentane is the added chemical (a compound that’s scent is found in foot odor and bad breath, but no known toxicity) is added to the oils for the truffle “flavor” to most products. Unless you see the truffle dug up, then cooked in front of you, you’re getting 2, 4-Dithiapentane. While the Welsh white cheddar is very good (IMO, better than most US produced cheese like it), skip the “white truffle” and save yourself the money on any products that claimed to be black or white “truffle” (mushrooms).
