Gymnema Green Tea For Diabetics, No Caffeine

My Blood sugar was 90 this morning. That is a first for me. It is helping me stay in the normal range. I drink at least one 8 oz cups per day and when the weather gets warmer I t will be great iced. I add a little sweetener sometimes but like it sugar free just fine.Worth a try but give it about 10 day to start seeing significant results.

Taste great I drink a cup every evening and don’t feel like eating anything sweet all night.I would eat dinner then an hour later wanted cookies ,ice cream or something else sweet before this tea. I found since drinking tea I’ve been sleeping good but having lots of dreams not bad ones but never really dreamt before.

I like this tea a lot. I make it like a ice tea with 4 bags, 6 equals packs, quart of water.When ever my glucose level is high I drink a glass. And it works. It will bring it down slowly. But don't eat things you shouldn't eat. But just incase. It's worth the money.
