Tastes Gouda!!
I have high antibody levels for cow protein. But goat a sheep is highly digestible and nutrient dense for me. We love this cheese!

High praise for LaClare goat cheese -- I'm dairy-free and not a fan of chèvre, so what a delight to eat hard goat cheese that tastes "like cheese". Will definitely order again and also try the Cheddar. Excellent cheese!

Great product tastes really good
I have been dairy free for a long time now allergic to goat cheese. I freeze all but two take outas needed itcrumbles a little after freezingvstill able to use on sandwiches. Its great fried. I get two free buying bulk
