Weber Genesis E-435 Natural Gas Grill, Black

I've had this grill for 5 months, during peak summer grilling season. I have had 3-4 high-end grills in my lifetime. I use the grill 3-4 times per week. I can unequivocally state that I have never been as pleased and satisfied with a grill as much as I am with this Weber.First, the Amazon price is as competitive as all the other Weber retailers, but with one MAJOR exception. I checked the box for FREE assembly! And, lo & behold, the delivery was on-time (8am on the scheduled day) and arrived with two experienced gentlemen who spent the better part of 1 1/2 hrs assembling the grill from scratch. I'm an avid DIY homeowner so I completed the assembly by connecting the grill to my existing natural gas line.Then, upon firing it up, it took 17 minutes from the time I turned on all 4 burners until the hood thermometer read 700 degrees. 17 MINUTES! My previous Char-Broil never got to 600 degrees, regardless of how long it was preheating.Cooking on the grates is a breeze. They are of very high quality, fit perfectly, and best of all, clean up immaculately every time. After grilling anything that may leave a residue (sauces, or juices), I just leave the grill on high for 10 minutes after grilling the food, and everything burns off.The Weber name is known for quality, and this grill is built with every bit of that quality.My biggest decision prior to purchasing was whether to get the 3-burner or 4-burner grill. If you can afford it, and have the square footage, get the larger unit. You won't regret it!With this larger grill, it may very be the last one I ever buy.Five very satisfied stars from me.

Never again. Approximately 45 minutes just to remove all of the intricate parts from the boxes. Then to discover that the instructions are simply illustrations with no words to explain and apparently the only assembly videos available are for older models. To top it all off, my grill came with ZERO hardware, meaning it sits there on my deck in a hundred pieces until Weber decides to get replacement hardware to me. Weber should invest the bare minimum of effort in understanding the customer experience. This once great brand is now in the toilet.

Get what you pay for, best Grill Ive owned

If you go to the Weber website it’s all about quality and “made in the usa”. This grill is made in China, the Amazon listing said it was, I thought it was in error because Weber was all about being “made in the usa”. Well, it is, if you buy the Summit series for over $2,500.This unit is made in China, but in all fairness it is well made and looks nice. I’m certain Weber had a lot of influence over how this unit is built.I’m not a grill master, so I’m not going to pitch out for the Summit series, we’ll see how this one holds up.

Side burner didn't light. Webber sent out a new igniter and that fixed the problem. This grill lights very easily and works great. Wish the drip pan was a lot bigger.

I’ve had 4 Weber gas grills and this is the best of all!

Product arrived with missing parts. For example e shelf bottom was not included. The are part of grill don't belong to this product I purchased but came with it. Installation could not get completed due to confusing manual to follow and missing parts "according to the people whom we paid for the service of delivery and setup.Very poor 😢 products and services

It’s an amazing grill and the picture doesn’t do it justice. It has a very large grill area and the knobs are red which is such a nice touch. We had a Weber Summit for many years and this one is far better. Also the $49.99 deal to deliver, assemble and haul the old one away is the best deal EVER!
