Disappointed in the Lock instructions
Disappointed in the Lock instructions: I love my luggage but am very disappointed in the statement in the instruction enclosure from Hartman. They stat that it is okay to lock your luggage as TSA has a key to open it for inspection. I have used my luggage for 3 recent trips the last one being to Hawaii on 12/26/16, no problem going over from Dallas. Upon my return, I locked my luggage when we departed from Kona International Airport, (with the assumption that TSA would have the key to open and inspect), but much to my surprise and disappointment, they apparently don't have a key as they broke the locks off of my luggage and my secure luggage with a combination lock is secure no longer. Very big disappointment as this was the third trip with this brand new luggage and I made this investment believing that this luggage would last me a pretty long time. It never even occurred to me that TSA Hawaii would not have the necessary key to open and inspect. No point in having a lock if you can't lock it?
