Revlon Concealer Brush, Makeup Brush for Eye and Face

This is the second Revlon Kabuki brush I've purchased. The first one I've had for years and it is perfect for applying an all over bronzer or loose powder to your face. There's nothing wrong with the first one. I washed it and put it in my travel makeup bag. Now I have a new one for home and one for travel.

I have a habit of pressing lipsticks down into the case. This little gadget allows me to apply lipstick right down to the end of the tube. It's cleverly made to open and close early without any mess. Cheap investment that lets me get my money's worth from my expensive lipsticks.

Honestly, this brush is a little bit smaller than I expected. It's a decent size, mind you, and more than suited for applying face powder, but I guess I got a little screwed up looking at the product dimensions. It still works great, however, and no hairs have fallen off so far (in the two days I've had it...), and I don't regret the purchase. The bristles are pleasantly soft, but not too soft to be useful. Recommended.

I love this brush. It compacts down to half the suze in the picture and then opens to full length. High quality and feels nice when putting on lipstick. Very happy.

I like how sleek the brush is overall. I find holding it in my hand is easy, and the brush head gives me a lot of control to apply my foundation. I can blend out the foundation fairly well, and don’t have many problems with the application. I love this brush, and it’s expensive.

I purchased this brush to apply liquid makeup for a more even application. This brush is so flimsy that the individual bristles came out and were stuck all over my face. It did not perform as an aid for a more even makeup application. This brush is cheaply made and a total waste of money!

This new design is better than the previous design. The old design had a separate cap and when you put the cap back on, it was easy to not eye-ball it correctly, edge the cap into the bristles and fray them. I'm thinking this must have been the reason for the redesign. With this new design, it's all one piece and impossible for the bristles to fray or for the cap to fall off. You just slide the top section and it retracts in a downward motion. When I say bristles, this is not meant to imply that it is rough. Actually, quite the opposite; the brush is very soft. I have one at home in my makeup bag, one, at work with my lipstick at my desk, and one with a tube of lipstick in my purse. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I love this brush. I used to get it from Walmart. But now a days they no longer carry and price is bit more than amazon. As mentioned in other reviews I see brush streaks while applying my foundation. Not only with this brush..... but also with the other brands of I have with me. I thought the streaks may be due to the way I apply foundation I my face. But once foundation settles on my face I do not see any streaks. Overall a very good product. I recommend trying it once. If you don’t like it...you cans let’s try other brands...;)
