I understand these aren't work boots but would they hold up well in work conditions ie. mud, puddles (common roadside occurances)? thanks

If I wear a size 13 regular with other boots, would I get a 13 regular for this boot?

Why do they say womens? Are these not for men. I had these boots before and would like them again, i just want to make sure i dint order wrong size
