Excellent spice mix

Quality products!
Suggest a package and a half for 25 pounds of sausage instead of the recommended one package. Very tasty!

I have used this several times now. It makes some good sausage with alot of flavor. It says it is good for 25lbs of meat. I suggest you use 20lbs for a bit more heat. This is like my 5th year making sausage with this spice. Love the stuff. The 4 pack is a great deal.They also make a sweet spice. I have mixed 4 ounces of that with an 8 ounce package of the hot. It makes a nice flavor.IMO Some spices for hot are just that, hot. Just heat with little flavor. This is more of some heat yet still retains alot of flavor.Will and have bought again and again and again.
