Lot's of Water
I eat this for lunch. 3.5 servings per can. Each serving has 10 mg of sodium. So a complete 15 oz. can has 35 mg. You are paying for a lot of water. After heating in a MW for 3 minutes, you can drain the water or eat it like soup. Or do as I do eat with a fork and then throw out the left over water.Surprisingly tasty.
