I love these soups. High protein and just like the real thing. I will keep buying. Can't find the chicken noodle in bulk! Those are good, too. Some people don't care for these, so you have to just try them.

Mostly broth and very few ingredients in the soup. Flavor isn't bad but not amazing either. Fairly salty. In a pinch, if you have to feed a vegetarian, it works. Generally the Gardein brand seems okay but nothing amazing either. Was so much better when I added some sauteed vegetables.

Kind of like a ch’kn noodle soup but with rice instead of noodles. The broth focused soup is perfect for cold or rainy days (or days you don’t want to cook!). Quite a few ch’kn chunks in each can, they don’t get too soggy either (which you may expect).Great value for your money! Easy vegan-friendly meal in a can with good protein.

The ingredient list on the can does not match that of my order. The Gardein Chik'n & Rice soup I was sent contains titanium dioxide. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has concluded that titanium oxide should not be considered safe as a food additive (per Healthline). If you look into this even in the most cursory way you will see that titanium dioxide is something you should NOT be eating. I can't even give this to charity; it has to go into the garbage. The most disgusting thing is that its purpose is to make food "look" nice.If the "new" version doesn't contain it, then Gardein should refund the cost of my old purchase.

Nowhere on the front label does it mention what is inside the can. From the picture on the label and shown on Amazon it appears to be vegan stew. However, it is actually soup. And not a “hearty” one at that. Mostly broth.

These are really tasty, but they just have way too much sodium for one can of soup. I was floored when I saw the amount. That’s a days worth or pretty close. Every once in a while is fine but regularly you would struggle to stay healthy. If health isn’t a factor, have atcha. They’re super tasty. I’m glad I tried them and there truly is not much deviation from the real meat versions. The texture is on point, but the wedding soup is a bit more bland. Especially for something with so much salt. This check is yummy.

I’m diabetic and vegetarian and the soup ticks all of the boxes for me. It is delicious, filling, low-carb, and a decent price.
