Works well, but heavy
This appliance cart is heavy, But works very well , the mechanism for tilt back wheels works very the ratchet straps works as well as a $400 unit. A very solid unit.

Durable and good value
Quality built did show up with freight damage on box and spindle. Was able to straighten the spindle and used it quite a lot. Only issue is straps will come through eyelets and hooks can separate with heavy loads. Overall a great product. Would definitely buy again if needed. Moved several very heavy pieces of furniture with ease

Very good item!
Very tuff construction. It works awesome for moving heavy equipment. I know the price is a little steep but well worth it.

Buyer Beware! Ratchet Belt/Strap Fell Apart During 1st Use
The "auto-rewind ratchet belt for secure tightening of load to dolly" fell apart the first time I used it. It literally fell apart the one and only time I used it. The cotter pin sheared off, causing the rest of the mechanism to fall apart and now it wont go back together. And of course the return window closed 2 weeks ago. Now I have to use a ratchet strap from my truck to secure the items to the frame.

Good product. Couple needed changes.
I bought this for transporting vending machines. It does a great job holding and moving the machines but the only thing I would improve on is the ratchet strap device. It doesn’t retract very good and after the first time we used that part it didn’t do what it was supposed to do and ended up gettin tangled up. We were moving machines around in the middle of winter and that was very frustrating to have that happen. Also the wheels in the back bent to the side and I had to take them apart and try to bend them back straight.
