I'm not sure, I used them for my cake pops, which were fine. I haven't used them on icings/frosting yet.

Well some are hard while some are softer. I didn't care for this mix because of those big round pieces. Those will break a tooth! I literally picked them out. I didn't care for the pale colors either. I found other sprinkles that were more pop in the color as well as taste good. These have a good taste but there's better. If you care enough about all that for just sprinkles. I do. I want my sprinkles to taste good and not be picked off or frowned upon my customers. Sorry if youve already purchased. They are ok...good enough...kids love them and they are cool...

Q: how many carbs are in these sprinkles?

Sounds like you have a type one kiddo in your life. I purchased multiple types of sprinkles at the same time as these. The packaging is long gone and if I remember correctly, some didn't have nutritional information. I looked up other sprinkles. A serving is one teaspoon and that contains between 3 and 5 carbs. As a mom of a t1d we never counted sprinkles as much since they are so low.
