Great fine artwork printer
Very happy with this printer purchase. Set up was easy as was wireless connection to WiFi. Only comes with “starter” small ink cartridges so purchase your regular large ink cartridges, there are 12 different colors. Operator interface screen walks you thru everything from startup to software to paper roll changes.

Amazing colors!
At first I was really skeptical about this investment. Its not a cheap printer at all for small at home business. After pulling the trigger, the seller was kind enough to steer me towards the Pro2600 instead because of the upgraded ink. I've been using the printer for a month and its been a very pleasant experience. There is a learning curve with using the layout software, but once you figure it out, its pretty simple!Ink is pretty expensive to refill, but it does last for many prints. I've loaded a 100ft roll into the printer and it seems like I will run out of paper before I run out of ink!

Greatness in a 24" Printer
I have had HP Printers in the past but what I love most about this one is the fact that I don't have to use RIP software to run it. I can print directly from Photoshop or any other software. Easy set up, easy to load paper. Pretty much perfection in my opinion.

Ink?
Bought this and get it all setup. Printed a few things. Now the Ink is pretty much gone. Now I need to spend over $1000 on ink for this brand new printer that cost $3000. Come on Canon. Can you give people a break? Either reduce the cost of the ink or actually give people some ink with the product you sold them. The Epson software for printing banners is pretty crappy in my mind. It works, but the user interface is not very intuitive.I like everything else about this printer. You can also put another printer on top of it until you can afford to replace all the ink in the machine.

High quality high cost of ink, worth it in the end
Like the high quality of prints that are produced, cost of paper is lower however cost of ink is higher and don’t know what you are getting with compatible inks vs OEM ink.

Awesome printer
Up until now I only used Epson for my photography. It took me a week to calibrate, but once I got it, the colors matched perfectly! I’ve attached two photos @ 24 x 36 that I took on July 4th at Driftwood Beach and I cannot be more pleased with the results. The Canon is faster also. The reason I chose Canon was for the printhead. If it ever goes bad it is simple to replace. I don’t have to have a specialist do it for me which saves hundreds of $$.Don KimbleScenicphotoprints.com
