I bought these hats for my daughter's 3rd birthday party...I added some dots, and spikes to make them look like dinosaur party hats (for our dino themed party). They arrived quickly, and exactly as described. For what they are (cardboard), they seem pricey to me, but I wasn't able to find these bright colored hats locally, so I guess it is worth it. As you can see from the picture, the hat is a little tight on my adult size head/neck, but they fit my 3 year old (who happens to have a large, but adorable, head)! I'd purchase these again!

red looking hat is pink.
These were good and came packed well, but the colors are a little lighter and the one that looks red (on my monitor anyway) is actually a hot pink color. Nothing special, but wish I had searched a little more before buying. I'm keeping them and will make them work.

For children sized heads
We didn't end up using them. They are tiny. Maybe I didn't read the description thoroughly. These are not for teens or adults or babies with large heads. They are for really small heads.

One thing that works great and is lots of fun
Not much to say except they are as advertised. I got them for some election result photos I was going to take. One thing that works great and is lots of fun, is taking a photo wearing one of these blank party hats, then color / draw on them on the tablet.

Nice for party prop
Used for table decor for a kids party. Some weere worn during the party, the strings are sturdy and none broke. Cute for photos

They showed up like normal blue
These are not as bright as the picture shows (on my computer) which worked in my favor because I didn't want neon, I just couldn't find anything this cheap. They showed up like normal blue, yellow and red (not pink). The green is bright though.

Plain, as advertised.
Knew going in that I would have to decorate these myself, which was a pain. But couldn't find a hat with a simple party design, such as balloons. Was that too much to ask for, for the price?
