Good product but a work-in-progress for me.
The following will seem long because so many self-styled "experts" continue to fabricate conspiracy theories around seed oils, hot-pressing, refining, or cooking without searching for or reading studies from the last DECADE. With that said, I had been quite happy with Canola oil and wanted to experiment with Sunflower. Both Canola and Sunflower oil proved equal to olive oil for cardiovascular benefit. We previously used olive oil for everything, even a 3-liter jug per month. Some brands of olive oil are now 3-5 times more expensive. It makes sense to limit olive oil to foods that benefit from the flavor.Although I have not found concurring literature, high-oleic sunflower oil was reported to be the only vegetable source of the C:15(0) fatty acid. Like Canola, high-oleic Sunflower was developed decades ago, before GMOs but was more expensive. The situation has improved but Sunflower still appears more expensive than other high-oleic oils such as Canola. Like Canola, Sunflower is tasteless even when used in cooking AND can be used in refrigerated dressings (alternative to Soy) without the oil component solidifying. The oil freezing out is a problem for olive oil.If any self-styled "expert" claims that any of these oils is toxic, DEMAND to see the science backing that claim and learn how to read it yourself. When Canola was tested against olive oil it proved to be equivalent regarding cardiovascular benefits. That is true for Canola, even hot-pressed and refined. Both Canola and sunflower proved to NOT increase inflammation but instead to REDUCE inflammation as much as as does Olive. Comparing the chemistry, I expect the same to prove true for less-studied high-oleic sunflower oil. Both Sunflower and Canola have lower saturated fat (which raises LDL) than Olive or other oils. Both deliver omega-6 linoleic acid without "balancing" it with omega-3 alpha-linolenic-acid. Far from oils becoming toxic, plasma LDL continues to DROP as EITHER omega-6 OR omega-3 increases. The WHO has dropped all health claims or requirements for balancing. Again, the "expert" claims about balancing are not supported by science.Sunflower oil appears to be as stable as olive or Canola. With that said, I do add BHT to all oils to avoid creating an internal antioxidant demand AFtER I have consumed them.

Outstanding Product & Cost
I really love the taste of this Sunflower Oil! I am Italian so I only use Olive Oil for salads! However, I use this product for Oil Pulling! I am allergic to Coconut Oil but I've found this to be an excellent substitute. I've been using this almost daily and will always reorder this brand when needed. Thanks to the company for an "Outstanding Product & Cost!"

Best For High Heat Cooking
Good quality cooking oil. Used for a variety of high heat applications where other oils will smoke. Doesn’t have a heavy taste. Been using this brand for years.

Good oil, weird packaging
The oil seems great. I've used half the bottle; the oil has a subtle taste and doesn't burn on a pan. The packaging is difficult to handle because somehow the oil ends up all over the bottle when pouring, especially when I need a small amount. Also, the bottle handle is not very secure after some use and becomes stretched, so be careful so it stays on. Mine almost did when I picked up the bottle to pour oil into a bowl. I would not want to drop an open bottle on my hardwood floors.

Must Have!
This is a must have brand of sunflower oil for recipes from the Balkans and Ukraine. Far better than the crummy old-tasting stuff you get at the grocery that has been sitting in a warehouse for who-knows-how-long. This is always fresh, flavorful and tastes of the sun. Highly recommend!
