Great Multi-use Tool
The media could not be loaded. I know that this tool is intended for gardening, but it works really well for thoroughly and quickly fluffing rice, while incorporating wet canned dog food. I could not find an oversized fork, with more than two prongs to do this job. Luckily, I stumbled onto this product while searching for, yet, another outdoor tool that I will also use for another purpose. While you might not use this hand rake for mixing rice, I hope that I do help clarify some details that I read in other reviews for this product:#1 The handle is unfinished. One person commented that they were afraid to use it because they didn't want to get any splinters. Another reviewer posted that his unfinished handle had been stained by dirt. (I'm not sure why that really matters since most people normally wear gloves and the rake was made to dig around in dirt anyways, whatev. To each, his own.) That is not the condition of my hand rake. While it does have a natural look to it, it also feels sleek to the touch and a sheen, telling me that it does have a finish on it. It is highly unlikely that I would get any splinters or that the handle would become stained with can dog food or otherwise.#2 The welds that attach the prongs to a single metal piece that enters into the wooden handle are of a shoddy nature. I do not detect any single, separate welding points on the prongs. The metal claw that goes into a single rod appears to be of one continuous forged piece of metal. It does not seem likely that the prongs would break off due to that reason.#3 The attachment into the wooden handle is substandard. Again, the quality of this tool is top notch and there is no wiggling or loose movement between the metal rake part and the wooden handle.I do not necessarily need the sharp points on the ends of the prongs, but they are an added benefit in breaking up the rice and dog food. I'm certain that they can easily break up packed dirt in your gardens. I would also like to further compliment the heavy duty design of this product. I would even go so far to say that it is so well made that it could be theoretically used on the end of a pole for large garden projects. If I were to use it outside, I would not be afraid to really abuse this thing without the fear of it breaking it. I don't really think I need to obviously state it, but I truly believe that this buy is a good value for the money. It's easy to use, has a good, heavy duty weight to it, a comfortable sized handle grip and good sharp points on the end. Overall, I am thoroughly happy about my purchase.

Japanese Ninja Claw
Exactly what I was searching for after I inadvertently ran over my former tool with the lawn mower. Works very well for uprooting crap grass in my flower beds. Perfect size and very sturdy.

Love, love, love!
Forget the funky squared off cheapy hand rakes. This thing is wonderful for mixing dirt, digging, pulling moss, light surface raking in tight spots, loosening soil for planting or weeding. Feels good in the hand and works very well. Joins my stable of tools that do several things perfectly.

Great garden helper
The media could not be loaded. I really like this rake. It goes deep and really helps to loosen the weeds and roots. Wish the handle was a little longer, but that's okay, just means getting a little closer to nature. 😉 it looks just like the picture in the ad and came in a sealed plastic bag with plastic covers on the tips to prevent injury or cuts. The prongs are as expected and perfectly spaced. It is sturdy and will hold up well.

Nicely made and effective claw tool
Very well made. The claws are sharp. The handle is made of wood. It is a typically beautiful Japanese tool, well-designed. This tool has a little heft, it's not cheap-feeling. I paid about $9 and feel like it was more than worth its price. The claws mean business, and it was very effective removing the burgeoning weed seeds we get here in southern California after the Spring rains. Very happy with this tool. So pleased it's not a cheap piece of plastic.
