Okay Book
I bought this book because I’m incorporating art into my math centers. It’s an okay book, nothing really special but I can use it. The pictures are in black and white which makes it difficult to know what the finished product should look like. It took forever to arrive, perhaps I’d be a little more impressed if it didn’t take so long to come lol

Learn Math Whilst Having Fun
Bought this to help the kids with their math. It looks like a great book for that, and the kids keep saying, 'Oh, I like those', so it is certainly inspiring them to engage with the projects, and hopefully improve their math abilities whilst having fun. Great book.

Perfect Math Supplement
Great supplement to geometry for my 2nd grader. She loves choosing this book when I give her free time to do any subject. We homeschool and often need other options from the math worksheets in our primary math curriculum. She loves art, loves crafting and this is perfect for kids like that! She will easily grow with this book over the next several grades!

Excellent resource for hands on
I teach 3rd grade math, but shared this book with the other math teacher who teaches 4th and 5th grade math. We both found the book to have very good ideas and activities that tied in with the standards. It was not busy work, ditto sheet type of activity. It had relevance and the end result was very attractive, but the students really got the concept in the process.

Not bad
I enjoy incorporating art into the core curricular content areas, so I bought this book toward that end. I found several good ideas, but it wasn't as inspiring as I'd hoped. I'm really not sure I'm further ahead with this book than I would be with an internet search. It's definitely useful, but if I could do it all over again, I'd probably choose differently.

Math Art
Very fun. Lots of good activities. I recommend it for alternative enrichment activities for kinesthetic learners. I have already used several ideas with great success.

A mediocre art book
I bought this for my 8 and 10 year old but i found it to be lacking in explaining the mathematical concepts. It is more geared towards art rather than maths. For example the spiral project could be better by explaining how to mark out regular intervals on the circumference using a protractor. Having said that it does say it is from grade 3 and would probably suit children upto 8 yrs or yr 3.The photographs were black and white small and unclear. Not a quality book for the price paid.

I bought this as I run "Maths and craft" classes for parents with children in KS1 and KS2. I am always looking for maths games to make and activities for parents to do with their children - this was okay (a few original ideas) but the book "Maths on Display" is much better.

This book offers some great ideas to "trick" kids into using math in artistic form. My daughter dislikes math in a big way, however has a passion for art. Love how math and art go together unexpectedly.

Great Projects but fairly common
This book has some great activities in it, but they are mostly projects that you will have already seen online or in your university math class. There are a few new activities and if you're unsure of what to do, this book will come in handy. If you're an experienced teacher, don't waste your money.
