These are great water bottles and I use them every day. I have bought 8 of them so there is always several clean and full of cold water. I always use the carry handles on my walks and twice the metal cap has separated frm inner plastic cap liner and the bottle crashed to the street. Now I double ck they are intact and not loose before walking. Im hoping the company honors their warranty and replaces them free of charge & free shipping. I also broke one by freezing a few ozs of water in it. Tht it would help keep the water cold longer. Now I add small ice cubes to keep water cold. I love the pretty colors of the plastic covers too. They hold up very well and can be removed for cleaning. A great glass water bottle.

I was excited about this product from the beginning because of its design and the number of color choices. When I received the product it was exactly as portrayed in the listing. It also comes with an additional metal lid not mentioned in the listing. The silicone sleeve doesn't help keep the drink cold longer but is mostly to an extra layer of protection and style. The initial unboxing and cleaning process was very interesting. For one, there was one of those oxygen absorbing freshness packets in between the glass and the silicone sleeve. It was so difficult to get the sleeve off and I ended up busting the packet and had to remove it completely to wash. I anticipate future cleaning being very difficult because it is essential to remove the silicone sleeve for cleaning. The sleeve is a dirt magnet and gets dirty quickly. Once the silicone sleeve is removed, the glass bottle can go into the dishwasher, so that is a plug compared to other reusable water bottles. All in all, I still give it a 5-star rating. I have been using it for about a week now and enjoy it. It is small and can fit in a bag or purse without the worry of leaking or sweating on your stuff. If you are looking for a stylish reusable water bottle, this is a great option. Update: I have had this bottle for about a month. I removed the silicone again to wash and let it dry for a few days before putting it back on. It was very challenging to get it back on and I feel that it was stretching it when I put it back on (and taking it off as well). I left it on a few days but it wasn't as tight as it used to be, especially on the bottom. It was wobbly when I sat it down too. Now I am using the bottle without the silicone.

I really like this water bottle! I am transitioning all of our old plastic water bottles for stainless steel, however I thought I would try glass. It holds water without leaking (which, has been a problem with past water bottles) so this was important for me. Also, I like that it comes with 2 caps- one nice wood one, and one metal one that has a strap to it. Personally I like the one with the strap because it makes it easier to find in my bag. I was concerned about getting glass because I was afraid it would break easily. However, the glass seems really thick, and the sleeve on the outside helps insulate it as well. Plus, the sleeve is nice as it helps with grip. All in all, this was a good buy and good value for the money.

I own two of these bottles, like them very much until the cap failed on one of them. These bottles come with two caps one is solid the other has a strap. One would think it could be carried by the strap but the outer portion of the cap slipped off, apparently not glued well. The bottle fell and broke. This is what you need to be aware of: Although the seller states a warranty for defects, it is impossible to contact them, (made in China) when I reached out to Amazon, they could not provide the seller information but said they would refund me. Next problem, Amazon Whole Foods would not take the bottle back because it was broken, they suggested I contact Amazon Customer Service, what a nightmare that was took a very long time to connect with someone, they finally told me it was refunded and the refund had been used for a purchase that I have no knowledge of and it never showed up in my account in anyway. Stolen refund is what it seems to be. Very unhappy with Amazons response. Warning never request an amazon credit, always request refund to your credit card. Beware of any warranty products that do not display contact information Picture shows the cap still on and the outer shell with strap that separated. If you decide to purchase these bottles don't use the strap cap.

Great quality! I am switching to glass for better health and was hesitant because of fear of them breaking. I ordered several brands and this was the one I kept, and ordered more. The glass is thick and strong. The sleeve is thick enough but not bulky feeling to hold. I love the choice of lids- though have only used the bamboo lid so far. It costs a lot for 1 bottle - but I am confident it will last, so it is a bargain to not have to replace my new favorite water bottle!

Returned because it was damaged when arrived. Did not use it. Packaging was fine.

Amazing product!! I have found this to be much cleaner than a plastic water bottle. It’s an added bonus the product is BPA free. Would highly recommend.
