I’ll summarize with bullet points:1. Seller sent sprayer fast, and in excellent condition.2. The hose was defective (but there is always a chance of that happening with any product). However, once I contacted the seller, he IMMEDIATELY sent me a replacement hose without any charge for hose or for 2-day shipping. That’s amazing service.3. The B&G sprayer is a Beast. It is well built, to be used by professionals. So if you are a home and business owner (non-pesticide field), this will last you a lifetime. You will obviously have to replace parts that will wear out.4. Stop buying cheap crap. I have bought so many of the cheap sprayers over the last year, that I would have saved money by buying this first.

High quality piece of equipment!

The media could not be loaded. I pulled it out of the box brand new and immediately tested with water to see if it worked properly. It did not. Water came out from the tip theads on the wand. Threads are stripped. So with it being brand new I need to replace the wand and then reinstall. Spent over $400 for it and it came broken. I love B&G and thank god it’s all rebuildable. Another $60 for a new wand should fix it just wish I didn’t have to repair it right out of the box. Don’t have time to order a new tank sink it also already arrived 1 day late on delivery.

I am a retired pest pro.This item is the best sprayer.If properly used and cared for it can last for decades.All parts are avail from the manufacturer.
