Complete replacement kit
Had an unfortunate incident where an Ultegra brake/shifter had a cable fray and disintegrate inside of the assembly. Thorough cleaning (as shown on YouTube) failed to yield a solution, so I bought a new one --- quick and easy replacement. The new shifter even came with a cable and cable ferrule.

Not durable.
Second one (after replacing new one less than a year from purchase) is now faulty. Had to warranty out first now the second. Not reliable like the 7800 and 7900 versions.
