I live on a horse ranch right next to the corrals. There is sand in the corrals and there is so much dust. Does it help keep dust away?

I live next to some animals, horses and cows. The screen will block some dust, however once the dust is in the air it will travel over the fence. I'd use a combination of fast growing shrubs and the screen for best results.

How see through is the material? We have a neighbor peeper behind our house and are hoping for more privacy.

The privacy screen does not completely block the view of the old cars on the other side of my chainlink fence. When the sun is just right you can see right through it. Would not work for a "peeping neighbor" situation except when the sun is on your side. It really depends on the location of the sun.

if its privacy screen can people on the outside see thru it?

how strong is the material? and does it really work for privacy for side fences?

It is very strong has withered our 40-50 mile winds and is also very good as a privacy fence,I can't see out and I can't see in either. I bought Black for my Chickens and Tan for my Peacocks as it matches the house color. I love it. I would recommend it to any one.
