I bought this to check the pressures on my 1983 Porsche 911. It has the correct fittings to do that, but it took me 2 days of headache to actually get it dialed in. A couple of tips if someone else is having difficulty with this kit. 1. Put nylon tape on all the threaded fittings. Otherwise, it will leak. 2. Inside the quick connect fitting is a Shrader valve, presumably so that when you disconnect it you don't get fuel all over you. Unfortunately, the passage through that valve is so small that you won't actually get accurate fuel pressure readings. I ended up removing the valve inside both the male and female fitting of the quick connect and I was able to accurately read fuel pressures. Other than that, it's a pretty comprehensive kit for a great price.

Seems like a quality tool, however I did not get to verify since it will not attach to the 2014 Ford F-150 5.0. Thats the reason behind the 3 star. Not fare to slam it but thought people should know.

This gauge and test kit are well made. The gauge face is about 2.25" in diameter. Digital numbers are easy to read and back-light works very well. The gauge comes with a 40" hose. Note: the back side has a removable cover to service batteries - 2 x AAA. This gauge should cover everything from carburetor 3-5 psi fuel systems to low pressure TBI fuel systems ( 9-18 psi) , high pressure TBI systems ( 50-65 psi) and anything up to 300 psi. Update - 9/17/2024. I used this digital gauge to test a 1990 C-2500 Chevrolet 5.7 liter. The "key on" pressure was 9.5 psi. The "engine running" pressure was 12.5 psi. The specifications call for 9 to 13 psi. - this gauge works fine.

Pressure gauge failed as soon as I connected to check. It read 58psi on my Chrysler Town and country which correct. Then it dropped to 20psi soon after. I replaced fuel pump and it still had low pressure. I did troubleshooting and cleaned the fuel line and no change. The van started normal. I had no issue with the start up and I think it was a regulator failure. Not the pump. I put away your product since I went past the return limit. If you are able to test a return for product quality review. I will mail it on my dime. You can have it back. All parts are brand new and bad gauge.
