Received defective piece, with crack in the glass

When I was booking Gionee F103 Phone, on the bottom suggestion was given to book Johra HD Tempered Glass for Gionee F103. I purchsased this glass alongwith phone. However received this glass in damaged condition. Not able to return it back as option not avaialble. I would appreciate, if the seller can replace it.
