Do these have a flavor or just a scent?

No discernible flavor. Just a scent, which is pleasant. There's also barely any color for the record.

If I want more of a coral color should I go with blood orange or sugared fig?

I would suggest the blood orange over the sugared fig. Sugared fig is more of a deeper purple red or maroonish while blood orange is more of an orange reddish

Where is the color shown? We see only outside the package.
