nuLOOM Thigpen Contemporary Runner Rug, 2' 5" x 9' 5", Grey

Love this runner! I hunted and hunted for a good runner for this hallway and finally decided on this one. I was worried it would be too light and that any little bit of dirt would show, but it is the complete opposite. I have two dogs and a husband that track a great deal of outside through the house. Fortunately, this rug hides it perfectly. Also, I noticed that the color of this rug looks slightly different depending on light and wall color. The hallway in the picture was a tannish color until recently when I painted it white. When the walls were tan, the rug looked a bit more brown, but with the white walls, it looks more gray (which is what I was hoping for). So if you want it to be more brown, you can easily accessorize the space to make it look brownish. Or, if you're like me, you can paint the walls white and it looks gray. It was like buying a new rug!It is so soft too and definitely is a better quality than the price. Worth every penny!

Looks great with our 6 patterned grey and white accent chairs in our sitting room. I was happy that the dark grey seems to look a bit black, this helps to draw in my beautiful customized black wall mirror. I tried to count the shades of grey, it appears to look like there are at least 4 different shades ranging from the lightest grey that almost looks silver toned to the darkest grey that looks close enough to be black. The white seems to be more of a cross of tones between wimborne white and frost white. The lack of natural lighting in the room changes the appearance of the shades in the rug as well (see last picture). I love it. See pictures of upclose rug.

Very modern and nice looking! Love the price too! Layed out flat in minutes and is very soft! Would highly recommend!

Love this rug it is a great price and beautiful in person. I never spend a lot on my area rugs as we have 3 dogs. Yes it is a thinner rug you may want a pad undeaneath, but it’s not an issue for me. I feel like the picture is accurate.

Absolutely LOVE this rug!! I got the smaller rug for under a chair so it wouldn’t scratch my wood floors. It is great quality, feels nice but not too thick or shaggy. I would have loved to purchase the matching 8X10 and a couple 5X7s, however, they were a little more than I wanted to spend. Having 2 dogs that are both over 50 pounds each I didn’t want to spend a lot in area rugs that they most likely will mess up.

Seriously. It's gorgeous. It brightens up my living room. It's perfect in every way (it could be a touch thicker but hey.. I'm not holding that against her). I literally just walk past it and stop and stare for a few minutes at least 3-4 times a day. I've never loved a rug more in my life. I've never loved ANYTHING more in my life. Even my man LOL. I may love this rug more than him. GET IT.... SERIOUSLY. YOU'RE WELCOME.

I bought a more expensive rug from somewhere else and didnt like the color. Got this one instead for half the price and it looks a million times better. Material feels good on my feet. Combine it with a non slip pad underneath for hard floors. You can even get some with extra padding if you wanted to go that route. Got this kind of thin rug intentionally so it would be easier to clean. My robot vacuum goes right over it with no issues. Love the modern look and the colors will go good with just about any living room. Held the corners down with cases of water bottles for a day to get it to lay flat. Worked perfect. No problems with it folding back up. Totally worth it for 60 bucks. You wont find a rug like this for a much better deal anywhere.

Love the rug! The light grey is a bit lighter than I thought, it has more white than grey. But for the price it’s a really good quality.

This rug came so deeply creased that two weeks after laying it out flat with heavy objects on it to smooth it down, there is absolutely no way this will improve. It's not worth the price tag on it, much thinner than it appears, and there is a very obvious brown undertone where it appears grey in the photos. The very idea of wrapping this back up again for a return is so daunting given the size and weight. This will end up in the trash.

I have another huge rug from same company and I love it. Thats why we bought this one for our home office. When it arrived it had a very weird smell & dusty. We tried to air it. The thickness and size were ok. But the main issue is that the color is not what I have imagine. I thought it was grey and white. The background is not white at all more like gray stripes and darker grey line, not what I have seen in picture. Maybe thats what I hoped , to have a whiter background... anyways it made the room very dark and we returned it. For such a pricy rug, I dont think it fulfilled my expectations...

Very disappointed. Ordered 4 different length runners of this same dark grey/grey pattern. Two of them have long, wide discolourations running down the middle of the carpet. (I believe from the plastic wrap inside when they to roll the carpet.) No amount of vacuuming, scrubbing, plumping, cleaning can get rid of them. Very noticeable.I've ordered a handful of carpets through Amazon & always been very pleased but you take a gamble with these rugs. Two were fine, two not so fine.Skip if you are going to use double sided carpet tape & intend to pull them up at any point. So cheaply made, ripped the carpet fibers through the back! Never, ever had that happen of 20yrs of carpets & carpet tape.
