I bought this couch in November 2019, so it’s not even 3 1/2 years old. I honestly liked it during the first few weeks, but the soon after delivery the spring in one of the seats basically collapsed. I tried rotating the cushions and adding pillows. I even bought a couch stabilizing folding board from Amazon. Unfortunately, it only worked temporarily. Now the whole couch is in the garage, waiting to be sold or donated.And once again, I’m sofa-shopping…

I was hesitant to purchase a couch on amazon. But I was pleasantly surprised. This is perfect for my family. The color holds to the wear and tear of two young boys and a cat. It’s comfortable- supportive on the back. I would say I wish the death depth was deeper but I belief the fluffiness of the back is preventing deeper seating. This will get more comfortable with time as the back flattens out from use. Overall I love this couch/ I have taken long naps on it/ my kids love it and run all over it/ the corner is the favorite spot so be ready for some arguments over it.

This sectional is VERY FIRM. The seat depth is very short only about 17 to 18 inches (the seat cushions are 20 inches but the seat back is so thick that you only have 17 inches to sit on). The color is MUCH darker, than the picture shows, a very dark brown, almost black.

Love the couch! Comfy enough for lazy days, sturdy enough for a family of little boys. Soft materials but firm cushions. Some areas have come apart at the stitching, but fixable. I hate the the bottom cushions are always sliding off. And it's annoying that the two sides don't connect. Overall, I'd buy it again!!

Very soft and comfortable! Color is spot on with what’s pictured. Was very nervous ordering something this large online but it was delivered quickly and the delivery person helped get it as close to the door as possible (couldn’t bring it in because of Covid restrictions but did all he could do to ensure it wouldn’t be hard for us to do so on our own)

Once making my purchase, I was super excited for my sofa to be delivered. Unfortunately, upon delivery one of the legs did not have a pre-drilled hole for me to screw in the leg, so a bit disappointed.

We are disappointed in the couch. The fabric is pilling and the cushions are already losing the support. We tried rotating the cushions every week, but they have lost their support. We have only had the couch for 3 months. It did look nice when we first got it.

Overall this has been a good couch. Delivery was easy and putting it together wasn’t difficult. The couch is comfortable and soft, but firm enough to feel as though it will last awhile. The only real complaint is that the sections have no hardware to join them together and kept sliding apart. We remedied this by installing sectional clamps, but I really feel as though these should have been included.
