In the Breeze Mylar Spinner Silver Turbulance — 36" Long

We had a Robin that would repeatedly fly into the sliding door on our deck. It would be sitting on one of the deck chairs, then launch itself towards the door, bounce off, land back on the chair, and repeat the processes. I watched it do this a dozen times in less than 5 minutes. Very annoying, and you had to wonder about the health of the bird. I got this to hopefully drive him away. It worked!I just hooked the chain to the J-Channel around the door and stuck a short piece of plastic in between the J-Channel and door frame to hold it away from the door. The spinner is light enough, that's all I've needed so far, although we haven't had any really windy days yet.I hung this in front of the door and the robin hasn't bothered it since. Besides being effective, it looks nice, too. The bright, reflective finish catches the light and looks attractive.

Pigeons kept coming around until we hung this on a tall shepherds hook. They left. Works! Pretty too.

I was skeptical this would work. It’s only been 4 days since I put it up but we haven’t seen a single bird on our deck. That’s really unusual as we used to see them daily. Ordered a second one today to see if it will also keep them away from another area in back. Looking forward to a summer without pesky pooping birds.

It has kept the big flocks away and the bigger birds. It has worked for a couple weeks but I’ve noticed small droppings so some smaller birds are not scared of it, at least when it’s still. When the wind is blowing it keeps them all away.Either way it’s definitely worth it. Glad I bought it.

dollar store quality; i should have checked there first!swivel hook hangar will drop off in a mild breeze; if you waste your money buying these, make sure you hang them from a closed hook else they'll be gone. bought 2; what a shame! i can't believe i wasted $20 on these; very disappointed. i could have bought 20 rolls of mylar ribbon from the dollar store...

After reading reviews I decided to get it to scare off birds of my porch. It worked until birds got used to it. Now it just looks pretty in the sun.

These spinners accomplish exactly what I wanted... scare the birds away from doing their dirty business on the roof of my RV. Besides that, they are very pretty when the sun shines on them.
