Would this work for a 7 year old child's 1/2 sized acoustic guitar?

Don't have any 1/2 sized, but I don't see why not.

Hi, does it come with strings to tie to the guitar? Thank you.

Hello! These straps do not come with a tie string. Y2PLAY Stores - 800-695-4808

Is it good for 12 year old owns acoustic guitar?

Yes - this would be perfect for a 12-year-old. I actually bought it for a harpsicle, and I am a large man, but it extended to accommodate me and my instrument. Smaller would be no problem. This is a standard guitar strap - attractive and sturdy.

Will this work on my tuba?

Yes it will work on a tuba no problem
