Very healthy, great value
Received 2 types of moss and 2 types of lichen. Nice big clumps of mood moss and tree/fern moss. The British soldier lichen is notoriously difficult but it’s so beautiful; I really hope I can keep it alive. The pixie cup lichen seems to be doing ok so far but I have a lot of ventilation in my terrarium. For most people I would recommend just getting the moss assortment, or moss + lichen if you’re up for a challenge.

Atom moss of all tipes
Here's a 5-star review for natural moss for a terrarium:---I am absolutely thrilled with the natural moss I purchased for my terrarium! This product has truly transformed my terrarium into a lush, vibrant miniature ecosystem. The moss arrived in perfect condition—fresh, green, and ready to use.The texture is soft and spongy, providing the perfect ground cover for my terrarium. It adds a beautiful, natural aesthetic that makes my setup look incredibly realistic. The moss was very easy to place and has stayed in place beautifully, with no shedding or browning. One of the standout features is its excellent moisture retention. It helps maintain the humidity levels in my terrarium, which is essential for the well-being of my plants and any small critters inside. I also appreciate that this moss is sustainably sourced and pesticide-free, ensuring a safe environment for my terrarium inhabitants.Overall, this natural moss has exceeded all my expectations. It's a fantastic addition to any terrarium, providing both aesthetic beauty and functional benefits. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their terrarium setup. Five stars!

Excellent, beautiful, hardy variety of moss!
Package took a few days to ship but the moss was still green and super healthy! The bag it came in was the perfect humidity for shipping. Inside was a super cool collection of mosses, some of which I never even knew existed. I've planted them in a terrarium and with daily misting, they've blossomed! Well not literally, since mosses don't flower. But they've grown a lot and are thriving. I got them for $14, including shipping. Especially for a smaller business, this is some amazing quality! I will absolutely buy from here again...I just need to think of an excuse to do so.

Quality moss, poor shipping
Let’s get the bad out of the way first here: this took FOREVER to get to me. Not sure where the seller is based out of but it took almost a month to get here. By the time it arrived I really didn’t even have a use for it anymore but that’s neither here nor there. I don’t fault the seller entirely for this, but I do fault them for entrusting the US Postal Service to deliver live plants/lichen in a timely manner.I was worried due to the timing that the moss and lichen would be dead by the time it got to me but they WERE NOT! This is some good quality stuff here. It’s still green, full of moisture, and smells like the outdoors. The seller also gave me all my money back due to the delays and I cannot give them enough credit for that. They’re very easy to work with, it just takes forever for their products to get to Michigan. Other than that, these are gonna look great in some houseplants.

Arrived quickly in good condition
Received a nice selection of the plants shown in the pictures, they are such interesting and beautiful little plants! I am so happy with them! I got these for my first attempt at a terrarium and can’t wait to get it all set up. If you are looking for fairy moss I highly recommend these!!

Fungus gnat infested
Not a huge issue if you know how to deal with it. When buying this product, remove all the moss and plants for a 24 hour quarantine, set them in the open with some sticky fly traps nearby, and at least spray them with mosquito dunk water. look it up if you don’t want fungus gnats everywhere. Particularly nightmarish for terrariums if not caught early. Otherwise, good selection of moss that isn’t otherwise too easy to come by. Some good lichen specimens as well, it’s no reason the fungus gnats like it so much! Just use the precautions I mentioned and you’ll be fine. The dunks are also isopod safe.

Lots of Variety Alive and did Well for months
The assortment came in all alive and well. So alive and well in fact I ordered it back in Spring and its now August, I haven't even taken out of the bag. I do breath in fresh moisture and I did add a little more mist to the bag. The original shipping bag that it came in was big enough that the moss is growing just fine inside of it for these months at a 69f/20.555c with some shaded sunlight. I WILL 300% buy from this supplier again. had every intention of setting up a mossy terrariums 100% life got in the way and procrastinated.Just wanted to Reiterate This moss is so healthy that it survived at moderate temperatures in the original bagging it came in for months. [with fresh CO2 of course] Location: Central Texas.

Fast shipping and very fresh mosses
I wasn't sure about ordering moss from the internet, but we don't have a lot of varieties here in Southern California so I decided to give it a try.The shipping was a lot faster than I expected and it was packaged as well as it need to be packaged. The little pendent was broken in shipping, but I didn't buy it for that anyways, so no loss. But still, if you're shipping a small glass vial, wrap it up in a bit of bubble wrap. But i won't take away from their over all rating because it isn't that important and what mattered was the moss. The mosses were all intact and i received about 6 different varieties. They all looked extremely fresh, almost as if they were pulled from nature right before they were shipped. The moss included substrate and other bits of nature that it was growing on, including chunks of old wood, so if you're putting this in with animals make sure you clean it well. Most of the varieties that I received would not do well under water, so this may not be a good buy for aquascapers. As soon as I received the moss i put it in a plastic bin to propagate and i will edit this review and update depending on how the moss did, but so far so good.
