Lovely
Lovely old school sausage. Quite gamey with relatively high rusk content gives a nice soft texture. Good level of fat gives it a luxurious eat.

Like anything from Lidgates, excellent!
These are one of the best sausages you can get at Lidgates and anywhere. They came in a nice shrink wrapped package which made them easy to keep. They are large and cook beautifully. Try them, you won't regret it!

Tasty, excellent quality sausages. My only slight 'reservation' is that in my 500g pack there were five not six sausages as shown in the photo - not a major issue but not two each for three people as expected!
