Beautiful clean floral scent doesn’t last all day but it is still lasting and very nice, presentation is also very good.

I understand that scents are so subjective. That being said, here is my opinion on the gardenia palm scent:1. I love gardenia. My mother always wore it and this it has been one of my favorite scents for the past 40 years. I used to smell her little sample bottles as a child and pretend they were love potions because nothing had ever smelt better to me. That being said, this does NOT smell like gardenia. I’m not sure why other reviews say it smells “just like gardenia.” It does not. The “palm” scent is so overwhelming that any gardenia scent that may be present is lost.2. The palm scent is not a feminine smell in my opinion. It almost smells masculine. It reminds me of a bar of soap that would be marketed toward men.To me, gardenia is a scent straight from the Gods and typically makes anything it is mixed with smell amazing but not this. If you like feminine and floral, look elsewhere.3. It is not returnable. Spray it once and it makes you gag? Too bad. You’re stuck with it. I guess I should have paid more attention to it. Luckily it wasn’t too pricey. I thought about using it as a scent for my car but it just isn’t enjoyable to me. I’d ask around to see if anyone I know wants it but honestly I’d prefer not to smell it on anyone.4. I am not sensitive to scents or smelly things. I love perfume and candles and cleaners, etc. That being said, something in this made me feel nauseous and headachey. If it is real gardenia essential oil, that wouldn’t be the culprit as I use it all the time so I’m guessing whatever makes the “palm” scent is artificial and I’m sensitive to it for some reason. Again, strange for me.Again, I understand scent preference is subjective but this was just really not good to me and I hope that this can help someone else who is looking for feminine, floral, delicate scents. This is not it.

This is my errand running fragrance. The scent is light and floral and pretty and the price was awesome. Doesn't stay on all day (unless I'm nose blind) but you can still smell it on ur clothes at the end of the day. For $12 it's not a bad buy at all.

The initial gardenia smell is great however there is a weird lingering after smell that I don’t love . I find I like it a lot more when mixed with other scents.
