My experience was fairly good
Bought an iPhone 7,its OK though battery life is a bit on the low side. I charge once a day for maximum use. Touch screen is excellent. Good value for money

Battery is great!!!!
At first the battery would only charge to 83 % but then I changed chargers and it went up to 100. Perfect!!

Phone worked ok, but.......
....had to knock off a few stars because the generic charger that was sent with the phone did not charge the phone, which in turn, made me have to turn around and purchase a charger compatible with this phone costing me upwards of $20 more....I really wish that there was some quality control done before sending out the phone and the charger to ensure that one was compatible with the other. They can still send out a generic wall cord and charger, but they still need to ensure compatibility. I can't speak for other people, but I don't have that kind of money to throw around to purchase extras that honestly, were supposed to come with the phone so that it could charge. didn't feel the need to send back the phone because I was already at the stage of making it 'my own' and setting it up the way I wanted it, but we all know a phone is useless if it can't charge up....

Great deal on her 'preferred' phone
After a 'minor' problem with my wife's previous iPhone (they do not survive a trip through the washer, as she found out), I bought her this 'renewed' iPhone 7 last year in May (2021) and today we'll be taking it to a local cell phone repair shop to have the battery replaced. All things considered, the $95 and 2 hour battery replacement is a minimal cost for the level of operation and dependence she has come to expect from this phone. And I don't mind even this small 'inconvenience' since the cell phone repair shop is one block away from the Costco store and REI store we need to visit also... Life is good...

Good refurbisher, unsatisfying phone.
I migrated from Android to Apple six months ago, from my 2012 Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, which died of old age. I'm disappointed with the Iphone 7, as it compares unfavourably with the Samsung from 4 years earlier. There are several things I'm used to doing on the Samsung that are difficult or impossible on the Iphone, and I've definitely started using my phone less since switching.I knew before ordering about the following issues: It has no headphone jack, SD card slot or replaceable battery. I thought I could live without these features, but in reality it's an obstacle.I didn't know in advance about the following things: Iphones can't be used as a USB storage device like Android phones, which renders the spacious 32GB internal storage largely pointless. The positively-reviewed camera can't focus nearly as close as the Samsung's could, which for me personally is a problem. Battery life is surprisingly poor with the screen on, at about an hour. It's a lot harder than in Android to keep track of mobile data consumption. Now for the positives: All its basic functions like calls, maps and internet (except Soundcloud) work fine, and I had no issues connecting to my network, as you would expect these days. Unlike my old Samsung, it's receiving security updates, which is a major shortcoming of Android phonemakers. I'm impressed with the screen's image quality and the built-in speakers, but these luxuries are unfortunately not a high priority for me.Regarding the refurbishment process: They did a good job of opening and closing the phone without scuffing the exterior. The screen glass has a bit of cosmetic damage that can't be felt or seen when the screen is on. Like I said above, battery life is poor, but I gather that problem existed since this model launched, so it's no skin off the refurbisher's back. I respect Apple refurbishers in general for their contribution to mitigating Apple's irresponsible use of natural resources. All told, I plan on going back to Android when this phone has run its course.

Good purchase - need different headphones
Bought this phone a couple months ago and works great, can’t even tell it’s been refurbished. FYI for future buyers, you need to buy special headphones that plug into the charging jack as iPhone 7 and up are not compatible with the previous headphones (it’s like $20 max on Amazon). All In all I’m very happy with this purchase, thank you!
