The Night Before Christmas (Little Golden Book)

Oh my, oh my! How wonderful this book is still in print! This version with its beautiful illustrations was read to me when I was a child. I read it to my own children and now my grandchildren. It is a timeless poem with gorgeous illustrations. You cannot say "no" to this book even if it is for yourself!

I recently read "The Night Before Christmas" Little Golden Book and it brought back so many memories of my childhood. This classic holiday story has been a staple in many households, including mine, for years.One thing I really liked about this book is the beautiful illustrations. It made me feel like I was right there with Santa and his reindeer, flying through the night sky.I also enjoyed the rhyming text in this book. It flowed smoothly and added a playful rhythm to the story. It was fun to read aloud, especially when sharing it with younger children. The words painted a vivid picture of all the wonderful things happening on that special night.However, one thing I disliked about this book was that it felt a bit short. I wished there was more to the story or maybe an additional scene at the end. But considering it's a Little Golden Book meant for younger readers, I understand why it was kept concise.I have used this book as a bedtime story for my little cousins during the holiday season. They absolutely loved it! The magical theme and festive illustrations captivated their imaginations.

Bought for my grandchildren for Christmas

I’m 82 years old and remember my Dad on Christmas Eve reading this book to my 2 brothers and myself every year, then he and I were off to midnight mass. My brothers were too young. I have been giving the book to my nieces and nephews to continue the tradition! This book was given to a baby not being born until January, but the Mom said she will read it on Christmas Eve this year! 💕👍🎅🏻🎄

Classic Little Golden Book of the traditional Christmas poem; what's not to like! Great illustrations too. I'm so glad this edition is still available, and the price is very good. I bought three copies of this and three copies of "The Christmas Story" Little Golden Book about Jesus' birth. Little Golden Books have been around since I was a child and they are wonderful.

I love to read the Little Golden Book to my grandkids. I loved them as a child and now I read the ones I still have from my childhood and this one to them as well!!

I purchased this book to share with our granddaughter was an old time favorite of mine. She never heard the night before Christmas was a pleasure to share something from my childhood with her.

The media could not be loaded. The Pages are too thin. It's not gonna last long

This is about product quality. Extremely thin paper. Difficult to handle the book. Poor printing. Not worth but for any amount.
