I’m very excited about this piece! Just read the instructions extremely carefully. I used the incorrect screws because it wasn’t clearly labeled on the instructions and now I have four holes in the front of the base. A little putty and paint will fix it right up. Took about 1 hour to assemble, need two people for some of the Assembly.

It was pretty easy to assemble although some of the pre drilled holes didn’t quite line up with the hardware. You get what you pay for. It’s mostly particle board and the large back piece is so thin as well as the bottom of the chest (like the backing of cheap IKEA furniture) which is what you lean against and where you put your heavy bags so will be buying a sturdy piece of wood to reinforce in the back. It looks great though and you feel secure sitting on it.

this was better than expected,It is a beautiful piece of furniture. This was easy to put together and everything fit well.When it came i was plesently surprised that the shipping box was packed in such a way as the parts were packed in order when assembling.this made it alot easier to put together. This will last for years.

I mean for the money I guess it's okay. It was just extremely hard to put together. You need two to three people to hold things in place while you put the pieces together. The top doesn't fit together. You can see light in between the screws and it has a terrible odor. The smell is close to mothballs I wish I could return this product but taking it apart and sending it back would cost me more than the hall tree! I do not recommend a purchase. The reason I gave it to Stars was because it looks good from afar and it was an expensive but you get what you pay for.

DO NOT BUY! CHEAP. THE CHIP BOARDS DIMENSIONS ARE OFF. HOLES DO NOT LINE UP FOR ASSEMBLY. DIRECTIONS ARE CONFUSING. I HAD MY HANDY MAN ASSEMBLE THIS AND HE HAD A HELL OF A TIME AND HE HAS BEEN DOING THIS WORK FOR 20 PLUS YEARS. UNIT SMELLS OF CHEMICALS. WARNING ON BACK OF UNIT STATING UNIT CAN CAUSE CANCER FROM LEAD PAINT AND OTHER CHEMICALS. THIS IS NOT HOME WORTHY. IT HAS A CORNER IN OUR GARAGE. SELLER WANTED US TO SEND PICTURES IF DAMAGED BOX BUT WE REMOVED THE BOX IN ORDER TO BUILD THE ITEM. FROM SHIPPING THE BOARDS HAVE MULTIPLE STRESS FRACTURES. SERIOUSLY, THIS HALL TREE ISNT EVEN WORTH $50. SELLER DID VERY LTTILE TO RESOLVE ISSUE. SHOULD OF INSTANTLY OFFERED REFUND OR PARTIAL REFUND. YOU ARE WARNED DONT MAKE THE SAME COSTLY MISTAKE AS ME

Poor quality. Not all hardwood and veneers. Particle board. Does not secure together well. Screw fastening hardware pull out of wood and ithet fastening mechanisms also fail. Some of the particle board sections were damaged inside of a box that was not damaged. I will never buy from this company again.

Awesome. Now my entryway looks Pinterest pin worthy. I must admit the con is if you are not a savvy puzzle piece person the assembly will take you forever when you get to the bench. Also as others have complained their were 2 pieces that have obvious cracks but I’ll live with them.

The biggest piece of junk I have received in a long time,box was torn apart when we received it,do not waste your money ,the sad part is they don’t care about it,buyer beware,Crowley Furniture 😤
