Awesome!
Fantastic pickup. I have it paired with a true grit p90 in the neck and I love love them both. It gives my guitar some versatility that it did not have before. Sounds great clean and distorted (especially).

Pure tele beef
This is about as hot and beefy as you can make a telecaster bridge pickup while still retaining the core single coil telecaster sound. It’s chunky enough to chug when palm muted but still has just enough of that mid-range tele twang to let you know that your playing a telecaster. You can definitely even throw down some hot chicken pickin licks. If you are looking for a rock or even metal mixed with country vibe, this is your ticket.Compared to a Bare Knuckle Cobra T which I also owned, it’s probably about as hot but sounds more traditional/sweet because of the alnico V. The ceramic mag in the Cobra sounds more harsh on the top end and more compressed. That one would be good if you want even less of the traditional tele sound mixed in.Compared to a Fender CS Texas Special, it just makes that sound wimpy. The Texas sounds quieter, less chunky, and more brittle in the top end, which doesn’t sound as good for more overdriven tones. Also, mine measured at 14.39K.
