365 by Whole Foods Market, Baking Powder, 10 OZ

I needed more baking powder, and when i went to our local grocery store, all i saw on the shelf was that each product contained Aluminum- very bad for us all !! So, of course, i looked on Amazon, and guess what, they’ve got it - from Whole Foods no less, and it was very reasonably priced ! When using it, the powder is fluffy , not caked up - it works well in the muffins i bake- great ! I’m glad i got it !Cheers to you bakers out there, as well as brave souls who make your own pancakes, etc- GOOD for you !! Cheers !

Used this as a binder for smoking wings 0-400 method and it work perfect to help the wings get crispy and with no aluminum off taste as it's aluminum free.

A great aluminum free baking soda!

I have to follow a lower sodium diet and was paying an arm and a leg for the sodium free stuff. This is low enough that I can use it without an overload of salt. I haven't noticed a difference between this and the regular stuff and it has worked well in everything I've baked with it.
