Wilton Rocks!
For a novice cake decorator who got talked into making her son's wedding cake, Wilton makes lovely cake decorating accessories to help with every step. Loved the separator plate! This cake had a 16" square base, 10" sq middle layer and 6" top layer all set 90 degrees. For a first wedding cake, it was amazing with Wilton's help!

Holds 5" cake, not 6"
My bad, I thought the 6" size meant it held a 6" cake. Well, it does, but all the way to the edge with no room for trimming the bottom of the cake. But the separator is a great little plate, good quality, perfect if you have a 5" cake to put on it. Would certainly purchase again if need be.

Sturdy and very clean looking
Perfect fit for our 40 cm x 40 cm 100 day rice cake! Sturdy construction and nice height above the table. It was a very heavy cake so I am impressed it held it up so well through the cake cutting!
