Love Rehband sleeves. I've had a 7mm knee sleeve for a long time that I use for workouts. I needed a thinner knee sleeve to wear at work for added stability because of a torn meniscus. I carry a lot of gear. I was debating between the 3mm and 5mm. I read the reviews and then read what Rehband suggested based on thickness and activity. I decided to get the 3mm knee sleeve. It works perfectly. It's comfortable. The only thing I would suggest to Rehband would to make it a little longer. I find that I have to adjust the sleeve from time to time because with a lot of sitting and standing it bunches together at the knee. I tend to wear it a little higher on the thigh to keep this from happening as much. With my adjustments it works fine, but I wish it was longer.

These are great knee compression sleeves. I bought the 3mm knee sleeves to compliment my existing 5mm elbow sleeves. The 3mm sleeves allow a little more flexibility and slightly less resistance, while still providing solid compression and warmth to the joint. I wear them while training jiu-jitsu because I’m old and my joints are banged up. They provide a perfect amount of support for me without getting in the way, and give just enough padding to my kneecaps to prevent painful bruising from hard landings. Great for squat days when the knees aren’t on board too.

They are support for the knees when working out. I have bad knees from all my running and walking through the years.

I'm a big fan of the Rehband sleeve. Been wearing them, for years. I've currently own all three levels of thickness (3MM, 5MM, and 7MM) and choose the one I'll wear depending on the activity. I've never even thought of switching brands because these work so well for me.

These are perfect for knees that need a little support. I use them for squats, and burpees.

I have a ripped tendon and have tried MANY leg supports, including Kaiser prescribed ones. These Rehband knee sleeves are by far the best ones. They're comfortable and provide immense support. The material doesn't have the ANNOYING rubber edges. They don't fold over once you get the proper fitting ones. They don't feel hot though I can tell it's got some nylon or polyester, which I usually hate. However, everything about these are worth it. I had been buying 5mm because IDK what I'm doing. It's all trial and error learning. The 3mm I just bought are far better! Anyway, I love, LOVE these. Pain makes weird stuff exciting and I am excited with my Rehband knee supports!

Quality changed since 2021. Does not fit uniformly to provide serious support for lifting. But Does keep the knee warm & Ok for light stabile like jump roping, ladder drills, pickleball… Not suitable for running or cycling, ad it would rub and is not breathable. When removed it’s soaking wet underneath.

Ich nutze die Kniebandagen im Ausdauerbereich. Sie sitzen perfekt, verrutschen nicht und stützen die Knie optimal. Auch nach dem Waschen geht nichts an Qualität verloren. Das Material ist einfach hochwertig. Meine alten Bandagen haben sich nach nur weniger Benutzung an den Rändern gerollt, was absolut nervig war. Dass passiert mit den Rehband-Bandagen auf keinen Fall. Ich kann diese Kniebandagen nur weiterempfehlen!

J'ai commandé le bandage car après plusieurs chutes au fil de années, mon genou droit commence à avoir du mal à récupérer. J'avais peur que ce soit trop épais et inconfortable pour faire du running mais finalement ça se passe très bien, le bandage apporte le soutien et la compression nécessaires sans glisser. S'en tenir à la taille recommandée; j'avais commandé un M (je suis une femme mesurant 170 et pesant 67 kg) et finalement il me fallait bien un L, comme indiqué. C'est mieux d'en acheter 2 à moins de faire beaucoup de machines car le bandage finit trempé.

Porte sous pantalon de ski , genouillère qui tiennent bien les genoux au chaud ( genou sensible au froid suite pose prothèse ) , confortable à porter car pas trop épaisse
