I love figs and fresh fig season is so short. I live in florida and fresh figs tend to be here for about a month in October. I saw this on amazon and thought that I'd try it. It is mostly advertised as a mixer for cocktails, but honestly... booze is not required to appreciate this incredibly tasty syrup. It's a mix of kadota and mission figs and good gracious just an ounce in a glass with some ice and it's like savoring a fine chocolate (it's figs not chocolate, but good chocolate is the only thing I can think of that comes close to having that kind of moment).

I enjoy trying new flavors in my coffee and wondered what this would be like. Fabulous! Even better with some freshly ground cardamom. Consider buying the larger bottle if it's something you think you'd enjoy, it's much cheaper per ounce than the smaller one.

The product came nicely packaged and a good size bottle. The flavor is unique and I am enjoying experimenting with different cocktails. The quality is very good.

Absolutely delicious

I use Liber syrups all the time, to rave reviews, I also gift them to friends and family. The Caramelized Fig syrup is absolute magic in whiskey cocktails, from Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, a Vieux Carre, and even mixed 50/50 with their Demararra Gum syrup in a Sazerac. This stuff is straight magic. HOWEVER, they will screw up your orders frequently by sending the 9.5oz instead of the 17oz, and because of amazon's return policy on these its a pain in the ass to deal with. On another unrelated note they will also put them loose together in a box with no padding, or packing. One would think this would lead to a horrible sticky mess that has the potential to grind to a halt the entirety of US Domestic shipping. The glass that they make these out of should be researched for use in submarine windows, tank armor, perhaps it would even facilitate the conditions necessary for sustainable nuclear fusion to be possible, as it is utterly indestructible. 2, 9.5oz glass bottles shipped in an oversized box with a single square of brown paper as "cushioning" and neither bottle sustained any damage.

This is great in a fig old fashioned. So so good.

I love Liber and Co orgeat syrup. However, I tried this and mixed it with bourbon and… OMG! This is freaking awesome. If you don’t want the full bourbon experience, add a touch of this to take the edge off.

This fig syrup is definitely sweet but made for a delicious fig old fashioned. Our neighbors brought one over and I've been hooked ever since.

This really works from day one and the taste is quite delicious too!

Hard to find . it’s great quality. I use to make my moms old Italian recipes.
