Really pleased with this liquid silica supplement. It’s easy to take and mixes well with water, which makes it super convenient. I’ve noticed improvements in my hair and nails after just a couple of weeks. The taste is very mild, and I like that it’s in liquid form for better absorption. Feels like a high-quality product — I’ll definitely keep using it.

Very impressed with this silica supplement which also includes other really great ingredients like selenium and vitamin b to maximise hair, nail growth, as well as skin quality. I have noticed a difference in the quality of my hair, skin, and nails since supplementing with this regularly on a daily basis. My nails do not break as easily and they are not as brittle and I feel like I have less hair breakage as well which is brilliant as I have really been struggling with this in recent months. My skin does not feel quite as dry which is a real boon in the cold weather. I definitely feel like this is helping. I really enjoy the added choline as well which I find is really helpful on my digestive system and for helping with inflammation from chronic illness. It's really easy to take and you can drink it in the mornings or whenever throughout the day and it does not have an unpleasant taste to it so it can either be taken alone or with another beverage. Really good quality and definitely does deliver results with no nasty side effects in my experience. I didn't have any stomach discomfort from this which is great.

I’ve been taking this daily for 9 plus weeks, and I feel my skin is so much better, so relieved of dryness, my nails have actually grown a bit faster as well as my hair, although I am using some product to help my hair grow more and back in places alongside of this, but since adding this I feel their is enough improvement with no side effects at all, to say I will be buying more. I can’t believe how long this is lasting, it is so easy to add it too liquid or food as it says you only need a few drops, and hyena drops are not Huge plops of this, but more like small drips. It doesn’t change the taste of my fizzy water or anything else I’ve tried it on over the last months. I really like this and can see it is of benefits to my skin, nails and hair, which is helping my confidence in being regained some more also.
