LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte Drink - Watermelon Salt | 12-Count

I discovered LMNT back in 2020 and at the time had no clue what the science behind it was. But it was way outside my financial means at the time. Fast forward to 2022 and I started "splurging" on a box a couple of times a year because I noticed how much better I feel when I drink it versus other electrolyte mixes. (And I've always craved salt and was the kid who got in trouble for drinking the juice from cans of olives or jars of pickles... obviously my body has been trying to tell me something for years). Now I have a subscribe and save to my favorite flavors AND added in these!I'll admit, I don't quite love these as much as I prefer mixing my own powder to water ratio because I often go low water, drink a couple of ounces then make it very thin. 😎🍹 That said, when I'm not drinking LMNT or black coffee I'm sipping sparkling water like La Croix or Waterloo or Sprindrift so I was thrilled to find a sparkling version (they even can it here in Montana yay!).Now, this isn't an energy drink, there's no caffeine but if you don't regularly consume magnesium you might find this a good substitute for your morning coffee... in that it can get the digestive system going. I personally love it for afternoons at my restaurant job as it can get really hot in the kitchen and that midday slump is when everyone else starts chugging Monster and Red Bull. I'm just way too health conscientious to guzzle that stuff and wind up jittery, irritable, and more thirsty. I also notice less swelling in my hands and feet the following day after those 10-12 hour shifts when I have one of these about mid-shift.

Great for when you get sick and need electrolytes. Wife doesn't like how salty it is, but i like it. Helps restore energy and is great quality ingredients to restore electrolytes. Helps me focus at work when im sick.

I would give this 10 stars if I could. I love this brand of electrolyte, and this is so convenient and tasty. My only issue is that I can't get them quick enough. It takes at least a week to have the delivered.

Not very fizzy or sparkly like a soda, so not a soda replacement for me. It still has the signature packed-with-a-punch salty and flavorful taste that the LMNT packets have. I like the convenience of it being something I can grab and go without having to prepare but this isn't something I'd drink daily. It's also a pretty big can and if you're already electrolyte-d up, it's hard to drink it all. Maybe smaller cans would be better!

As a long-time fan of LMNT’s electrolyte powders, I had high hopes for the Black Cherry Lime Sparkling Water—and it did not disappoint! The flavor is bold, perfectly balanced, and incredibly refreshing. It’s not overly sweet, and you can really taste both the cherry and the lime in every sip. I genuinely love it and find myself reaching for a can whenever I need a flavorful boost.Honestly, I wish LMNT offered this exact flavor in their electrolyte powder packets—I’d buy it in bulk! Until then, this sparkling water is definitely my new go-to. Highly recommend for anyone who already loves LMNT or is looking for a healthier, great-tasting drink option

I’ve been using LMNT electrolyte packets for a while, so I was excited to try the new sparkling version. The flavor is bold and refreshing, especially when ice-cold. It has a strong salty taste, similar to the packets, which might take some getting used to if you're new to high-sodium electrolytes, but it definitely helps with hydration and muscle recovery. The sparkling element of the drink is really fun, and it is a great alternative to soda or an energy drink. It definitely feels like a treat!The only reason I am giving it 4/5 stars is because they are pretty pricey. However, when you think of it more as an alternative to an energy drink, they are on par. I would drink these all the time if they were even a little bit cheaper.
