Has been used this handheld inkjet printer for a while, I must to say that the bentsai support team is incredibly helpful in guiding us through using the machine! I did experience some issues with connectivity when trying to pair it with my production line initially. It took a bit of troubleshooting to get everything working smoothly. With their help, we set up and it performed reliably.The print quality is consistently sharp. What’s more,long working time! The printer can print and lasts two days on a single charge, effortlessly keeping up with our production line tasks. Five stars for both machine and customer service!

After using this handheld printer for a while, I'd say it works well for my needs. The printing process is smooth and reliable, text comes out clean without blurring. I like that it supports custom content and multi-line editing directly on the device, which makes formatting flexible. The auto-increment and decrement feature for numbering has been particularly useful for my coding tasks efficiently. Simple to operate, I've already recommended it to my partner.

We are printing on a variety of different sized Ziplock bags. We are printing on the bags before they are used, once printed we fill the bags and then store the bags in our freezers. We previously purchased 2 of these handheld printers to test about 1 month ago, the test was successful so we feel confident that the printer and the ink will work for our application.

I just started using this handheld printer, and feel it is good. I run a small business making promotional items. Usually I often need to print on the back of transparent signage. Before, I had to tediously reverse the design in design software, which was not only time - consuming but also prone to errors. Now, with this printer, I can simply select the mirror print option directly on the device. Whether it's text or graphics, everything comes out sharply reversed. I'm really loving this printer and how it has streamlined my workflow!

Lo peor que me ha pasado en esta vida es haber comprado este producto. $530.00 me siento estafado. No tiene estabilidad, no puede centralizarse donde queremos imprimir el código etcéteras . Por favor no regalen su dinero comprando un producto como este.

These are fantastic! We use them to print serial numbers on the bindings of out garments. They are reliable and produce hundreds of prints before needing new ink.
