Love these! They taste great and are on the cheaper side of electrolytes. Also no sugar!

I have a condition that makes this amount of sodium in an electrolyte drink beneficial, so I was very excited to find this brand. A lot of other brands that contain the same nutritional contents cost a LOT more, and that’s not sustainable for me personally if I drink them daily. The price of these is great for what you’re getting. I enjoyed all of these flavors, even the ones I wasn’t expecting to, it’s a nice variety. I mix these with 32 oz of water and they still have a salty taste to them, but I personally like that. I’ve already repurchased this for a second time.

If on a budget, great taste and good for you, multi flavor I have been using these for 6 months to a year, I feel there just as good as LMNT

I haven't tried all the flavors in this pack yet but I can tell you my two favorite or watermelon and strawberry these things you can tell they have the electrolytes in them you can tell they have salt in them sodium I would say these if you are exercising and you're new to exercising and you need some electrolytes in your body or else you'll die these are the way to go if you're on a budget they're vegan they're gluten-free they are keto they're pretty much everything I think they're non-GMO good quality I like that it is color-free so like no dyes which is better for everyone's body appreciate you guys doing that I believe that the absorption is pretty good in this but I haven't tested it could be a little stronger maybe I don't know about vitamin content but these are pretty f****** good for like $12 you really can't beat it I don't think and if you could I would be worried about the quality of the other stuff I wish you could get more of the sticks for what you pay on this it seems a little outrageous but with the prices of all the other stuff out there for different brands of these sticks it's not incredibly horrible also it would be nice if on the packaging of the stick that it would like inspire you to work out more and to do lunges or to do whatever other exercise or just inspirational quotes or just others things you know Make your product more interesting and cool I wish these would have more different vitamins that people need for exercising and for sweating a lot there we probably need more vitamins than what's in these but you can probably make do with these I wish it was a little bit easier to tell what flavors what when you open up the box but other than that it's pretty easy maybe like have a box that see-through a little bit she threw window

Even though the packaging states high sodium, your in for a large surprise after mixing with water and tasting the product. There is little of no fruit flavor, but plenty of salt flavor, even after mixing with 32 oz of water, the taste is unbearable to swallow, kinda like a liquid salt lick. I'll never purchase the product again and tell anyone who asks do not purchase, unless of course you enjoy pure salt flavor.

I haven’t repurchased it, as I prefer a saltier, more satisfying option that better supports my intermittent fasting and travel needs. Pros: Budget-Friendly: These are more affordable than some of the higher-end electrolyte products I’ve used, which is what initially drew me to try them. Travel-Friendly Packaging: The individual packets are great for tossing into a bag or carry-on—very convenient for frequent flyers like me. Decent Ingredients: It includes a good mix of sodium, potassium, and magnesium, which are important for fasting and hydration. Cons: Lacking in Saltiness: Compared to the product I usually use, this one just didn’t have the same salty punch I was looking for. It wasn’t as satisfying or effective, especially during longer fasting windows. Underwhelming Taste and Experience: While the flavor isn’t bad, the overall experience left me underwhelmed. It didn’t curb cravings or boost my energy in the same way as my usual go-to.

I really like these packets. I add 1/2 a package to my large water bottle and it is enough for me. The flavors are very good also
