I am a 67 year old female that strength trains several days a week. My form when doing squats was not good because by the time I got completely down I was not straight up any more, or even close. I used weights to put my heels on for a while thinking that would save money and do what it should. It worked okay or so I thought until I tried these. There is a big difference and more importantly they help in correcting my form. I have only used them twice so far since I just received them but no doubt I will not squat again without them. There are so many ways to use them that I havcen't explored yet but plan on doing soon.

I want to start by saying that these are fantastic and helped me safely squat for several months despite my absolutely abysmal ankle mobility. They absolutely do the job. However, I decided that I should stop wearing my normal running shoes while squatting because of how the cushion in regular shoes leads to instability. With shoes on, I wasn't sliding at all, but I tried using these with socks and they were so slippery that I would slide down whenever I would stand on the wedge blocks. I tried barefoot and that was a little better but still not great. Even grippy socks didn't quite do the job. Additionally, when on a wood platform like they have for one of the squat racks at my gym, these wedge blocks were slipping around on the platform, making it hard to keep them in the right spot. Eventually, I got some squatting shoes, but before I did that, I did get some different rubber wedge blocks that I like better than these for a similar price. These are better if you like that they are lighter weight and have the two different angles. The high angle is great for me though, so that part about these wedge blocks was not a big bonus for me. I would return them if I could but I don't think they're a bad option.

Works perfectly! I am new to working out so I can’t compare these to anything necessarily. I’m sure spending more money will get you a higher quality one. Super easy to use for me. I did goblet squats and it was rough without these. The wedges are a game changer. The material is definitely cheap but hey it works great! I have zero complaints. Also comes with adhesive grips that are non skid.

Works fine for now. Dont know why there's only 10 rubber anti skid screws. Are we to use on one then remove to be placed on other. Im looking to buy 10 more anti skid screws.
