Swarovski jewelry CAN last forever if you take care not to get it wet and only clean with a microfiber cloth. Be gentle and it will be a piece you own forever.

We bought this for our Daughters 40th birthday. We had Previously bought her a SWAROVSKI heart pendant for her 20th birthday, which she wears almost every day, and it was time for an update. She absolutely loves this necklace and gets so many compliments on it from all of her home health patients. It is extremely sparkly and vibrant. It may be a little pricey, but it is worth every penny.

The pendant is beautiful, came quickly and the crystal inside moves nicely and catches light. That’s all the nice things I can say.After just two weeks of wearing it, the pearls placed all around the heart started falling off. I was missing 7 when I saw it first, it’s more now. Swarovski support isn’t willing to help, they send you off to an authorized retailer to get it fixed and pay for it on your own, because THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL SWAROVSKI SELLER. If you want this pendant, don’t buy it from this seller, buy it from the actual website - WHEN the pearls fall off, at least they’ll help you.
